Welcome

Welcome to Friendship Horses, a privately owned and operated business based in Nanango in the South Burnett, Queensland. Friendship Horses currently has a herd of 2 horses and 4 minis each with their own story and wonderful personalities. There is also a mini goat in the herd and 2 dogs you can play with. We offer clients the opportunity to work alongside our herd of horses, developing new skills and confidence through Equine Assisted Experiences. Spending time with horses can be so beneficial in many different ways. Some of these benefits can be:

  • building confidence & self-esteem
  • reducing anxiety, depression & fear
  • problem solving
  • self trust & trust in others
  • self control
  • help through grief & trauma
  • calmness of the mind
  • motivation to set & achieve goals
Physical disabilities including accidental injuries, cognitive difficulties & disabilities, mental illness, autism, emotional disorders can respond positively to horse related activities. If you feel you, or someone you know, could benefit from a session with horses, please contact us.
